It’s Coming Down!!!

The long awaited moment happened today. From the very first viewing of the house I could visualise what a fab space the kitchen would be once the wall to the dining area came down. 

Well it’s now down and looks amazing. Can’t wait to get the kitchen installed! 

Walk with Mum

A stunning Spring morning. Mum and I walked at Slindon Park, across the fields. 

So wonderful to see the first baby lambs. 

Not Every Day You Turn 50!

Woke to the sun shining and a fabulous walk with Purdie. 

John and Mya had decorated the house with balloons and banners. 

Mum and I then headed to the Royal Oak at Lavant and had a wonderful lunch with Pam and Louise. 

So many presents and flowers, feeling very spoilt. 

Topped the day off with a lovely meal at Lemongrass Thai Restaurant in Rustington. 

A Walk from Lavant

A fabulous walk this morning before the rain came in. Purdie and I walked out from Lavant along the bridleway and then up into the fields. 

Nothing better than walking through the English countryside. 

Eek! My Garden

I can’t express how excited I am about my Garden coming to life. 

Highlight today was discovering a dark pink bud of a magnolia tree appearing, just like we had in our Hamurana garden. 

Other blossoms coming out too. 

We filled up the bird feeders to attract some feathered friends. 

The grass is getting long, not sure I can wait until our mower comes out of the container. 

Not Much Builder Action, but So Many Deliveries!

We now have the radiators, bath and taps, wooden flooring and extractor hood. 

Enjoying filling up the garage. The only time that John is going to let me use it!!!
