Next Sewing Project

At one point I did think I’d been a bit ambitious with this sew.  But with a lot of brain strain and help from some Youtube videos I managed to work my way through it. 

My completed puff sleeved shirt. Very pleased with how it’s turned out. Think I’ll wear it to work on Monday.

Such a fun day watching the horses at Hickstead. Brought back so many memories.

Getting Ready for School

Only a couple of days to go. Her new PE top arrived today. 

Happy 14th Birthday

Very happy 14th birthday our Angel. The light and love that you shine on everyone, our beautiful, strong and individual daughter. We love you so so much. ❤️ 🎉🎂🌸

How can she be 14 already!  Seems like only yesterday she was this tiny wee poppet. 

Only Mya would ask for a Tiramasu for her Birthday cake! So Posh! 😂

Girls Trip to Brighton

Mya and I had a lovely day. We went to Brighton on the train for some retail therapy and the start of her birthday weekend. 

We did some shopping and had yummy food. Love my days out with my daughter. ❤️

Waistcoat Sewing

I treated myself to a new sewing machine as my old one kept jamming. 

Now I’m pushing myself with clothes patterns to increase my skills. 

The last couple of days I’ve been making a waistcoat. I finished it today and it fits. Very happy with it. Now on to the next project.
