A fun evening at Murrells Park last night. Mya hanging out with boyfriend Luke and her friends and John and I sitting, relaxing and listening to the music.
We had a bush in the garden that we pruned back hard when we first moved in and it has grown but wasn't looking it's best and seemed to be taking over the flower bed, so I mentioned to John that we ought to take it out. In the next breath he was hacking away at it until it was completely gone.
This year they have been focused on healthy living, biodiversity, and improving our school grounds.
The students have made a real difference not just within tbe school, but in the wider community too. From enhancing the outdoor spaces to taking part in local litter picks in parks and surrounding areas, their efforts have had a lasting impact.
It’s hard to believe that Lucy has got to her last day of school. Jo has so kindly taken Mya to school each morning for the last 2 1/2 years but from tomorrow it’s down to us to get her there on time.
The girls are both growing up so fast.
After 3 years of Saturday Stage School, Mya has come to an end of her journey with Arabesque. Today’s final show was held at the Windmill theatre in Littlehampton.
So proud of Mya with all the different parts she played in the show. She just shines on stage.
After 2 months of waiting for the council to collect our old bin, we’ve given up and decided to adapt it into a water butt.
