First day of the school holidays. Mya and I checked out the new airport cafe in Rotorua. Very flash.

A Day of Birthday Celebrations

We met Adele and family this morning for belated birthday celebration for Her 50th. 

This afternoon Mya and I joined in the party group to celebrate Alex’s 8th birthday at the cinema.

Drive In Movie

Fun for this evening Night Flicks Drive In Movie watching Jamanji. 

A fun night watching a great film eating popcorn. 

Brownies and Badge Ceremony

Being creative with marshmallows to make towers. 

Badge ceremony - Mya got 10 new ones, all her hard work over lockdown.

New Shoes

Mya got a very exciting package in the post yesterday. Thank you Louise and the girls, so many goodies but the highlight was a very grown up pair of shoes. 
Think she would have slept in them if she was allowed. 

Qualified

I’ve only gone and done it! I can now say I am a certified financial advisor in Residential Property Lending Level 5.   It was a long 8 months of study but got there in the end. 

School Cross Country

Mya did amazing today. On a very chilly day she ran 1000m school cross country and came 3rd out of 8. She beat one of the favourites to win and ran her heart out. 

John lent her his work Beanie to keep her head warm. 

We thought she deserved cake to celebrate.
