Brownie Challenge

Today the brownies had a challenge to build a tower using 20 skewers, 1 marshmallow and some tape and string

It’s all about Harry Potter

Mya and her friends at school are all into Harry Potter. Mya plays the role of Hermione at break time. She took a wand (from the garden) and John adapted her headband into Gryffindor colours today. 

Fire in Ngongotaha

There was a fire in our local village last night. We could see the smoke from our house. The local car wreckers went up in flames. 

What a view from our bed!

We must live in heaven. 

Gymnastics

New for 2020, Mya is having a go at gymnastics. She loved the first class. 

Measuring At School

Mya’s class has been learning about measuring this week. They have been measuring themselves. 

Looks like our daughter is the tallest in the class.
