Foal NZ

The most amazing day in Cambridge.  I was very lucky to be invited to watch my friend Kirsty at work at a Stud in Cambridge. This stud breeds approx. 300 foals a year and Foal NZ go in and handle these foals in their early stage of life (between 25 and 50 days old) to imprint initial handling techniques before they go out to pasture. 

These foals will go on to become world class race horses, selling for thousands and thousands of dollars! 
Must be the best job ever spending the days surrounded by horses and foals.
