Mya is showing signs of improvement today, now to build her strength back up.
To keep me entertained I’ve resorted to jigsaw puzzling. Can’t remember when I last had time to sit and do a jigsaw.

Mya is still sick with very little improvement. This evening one of her classmates delivered a card.
Poor Mya, the half term didn’t turnout as planned. Mya came down with a bug on the Friday evening and has been sick ever since.
Fever, diarrhoea and complete loss of appetite. She has also had a horrible cough. We’ve had appointment with nurse, then doctor (who diagnosed tonsillitis and antibiotics even though she didn’t have a sore throat) then appointment at hospital that told her to stop antibiotics immediately and said she had a nasty gastrointestinal bug.
Purdie is keeping her company ….
We are going to plant a new hedge at the bottom of the garden. The bushes (Griselinia Broadway Mint) a New Zealand variety of hedge, have arrived, all 60 of them!
With it being half term and John taking time off from work too. I’ve had the opportunity to have a night away down with Lue and Chris in Wiltshire. Some quality friendship time with Lue. After a lovely walk with the dogs we finished the evening with a fab meal out at a local country pub.
Poor Purdie was getting to the point where she couldn’t see where she was going so I’ve attacked her with the clippers.
Before….
I tried to do more of a Schnauzer cut. She looks a bit tidier.
