For the school holidays Mya is spending a couple of days at the beach with Mum.  

Today she went to an Art class.

Mya bought us both a present and made a lovely card. 

Tonight John is cooking me dinner.

My Knee

I had another appointment with my knee surgeon today as I have still been having trouble with it 6 months after the surgery.  He decided to drain the fluid in my knee cavity, a large syringe full! And then injected some localised anti inflammatories to help with the swelling.
