My Knee

I had another appointment with my knee surgeon today as I have still been having trouble with it 6 months after the surgery.  He decided to drain the fluid in my knee cavity, a large syringe full! And then injected some localised anti inflammatories to help with the swelling.  

Let’s see if it helps. 

Airport Cafe

First day of the school holidays. Mya and I checked out the new airport cafe in Rotorua. Very flash. 

Mya left a lovely message to the staff. 

A Day of Birthday Celebrations

We met Adele and family this morning for belated birthday celebration for Her 50th. 

This afternoon Mya and I joined in the party group to celebrate Alex’s 8th birthday at the cinema.

A fun night watching a great film eating popcorn. 

Brownies and Badge Ceremony
