Pepsi has been lame for the last week. I have been soaking her hoof in iodine and Epsom salts each day, trying to draw the abscess out of her hoof. 

Citizenship Ceremony

Today we became true Kiwis at a ceremony at Whakatane District Council. So lovely that we could celebrate it together.

Ring back on my finger

A month ago the beautiful sapphire from my engagement ring was lost. I was devastated as we chose it especially in Dubai. But today my ring is back on my finger with, if possible, an even more stunning, sparkly sapphire in place. Thank heavens for house insurance! I’m a happy lady. 

Queens Birthday Afternoon Tea

All the Pippins dressed up as Queens today to celebrate the Queens Birthday. So gorgeous!
