Seeing Sarah
After a meeting with the Accountant today, this afternoon we managed to have a quick catch-up with Sarah. So wonderful to see her, her new home and gorgeous Jasmine and Finlay. Can't wait to get more time with them in the next few weeks.

This morning Granny Rose and I bundled Mya up and we headed into Petersfield for some shopping, ending up in Tescos to stock up on food.

A Day with Louise
Today we met up with Louise. We must have bought the good weather over from New Zealand as it was a beautiful spring day of 15 degrees.
After a quick cuppa we walked into Liss Centre for a quick shop and then headed out to Old Thorns golf club at Liphook for some lunch.
In the afternoon we walked to the primary school to pick up Louise's youngest Mia. Such a cutie. It's amazing to think that Mia wasn't even around when I left the UK.

Meeting Up with Sophie
Mya and I have had a lovely day with Sophie and her gorgeous son Jake, who's 3 years old.
We spent a couple of hours at the local Play Zone which included a special area for babies where they had the bubble light tubes and fibre optic cables; Mya was fascinated by it.
We then headed to Gunwharf Quays to check out the Cath Kidston Shop and have some lunch. It was so wonderful to see her again catch up.

Arrived safely in the UK
Mya was an angel on the flight from Dubai to London Heathrow. We managed to pick up the hire car and head down the A3 to Dad's house at Steep Marsh. Granny Rose and Dad were there to meet us.
It was a bit of a shock to our systems with the temperature only reading 4 degrees.
Mya loves Granny Rose, smiling and giggling most of the time. It's lovely to see them together.

Friday, The weekend in Dubai
We started the day with breakfast at the Jebal Ali Resort, looking out over the Marina.
Then went on to the Madinat Jumierah where we wandered around all the local stalls and looked out over the canals that surrounded us and the Burj Al Arab Hotel.
