New Path In the Garden

The patch of grass between the trees in the garden tends to get muddy in the winter months so we decided to use up the last of the bricks and make a slim path.

John has been working hard laying the bricks.

I have removed the excess grass, widening the flower beds and pushing the gravel up to the path by the greenhouse. It’s now looking so much tidier and finished.

More New Glasses

The benefit of working at an Optician!

Another pair of glasses. These are light brown so will go with alot more of my clothes. And they are a bit lighter frames so more comfortable to wear.

Very Happy Easter!

Always a tradition in our house, pancake bunny creation on Easter Sunday. Getting more elaborate each year.

Girl Time

Mya has had friend Avery to stay last night and today they took the train to Chichester to watch a movie (Minecraft) and a bit of shopping in town.   She’s growing up so fast.

Love the Garden in Spring

And the hedge is growing well.

River Cottage for Lunch

What a delicious lunch we all had. The Farm-to-table experience definitely impressed, so tasty.

And then the wonderful surprise of a visit from Hilary who lives locally and hunted us out. So delighted she did. It was great to see her.
