Our House

Last night was our first night back in our house following our return from the UK. We are completely renovating it. So far it has had a new roof, extending the overhangs on the windows, updated double glazed windows, new insulation and the latest design in concrete board weatherboarding. 

 

 

We still have the job of lowering the ground level around the house by 9 inches before the council will sign the build off, and we are completely redecorating the inside, including renovating the two upstairs bathrooms, so definitely still work in progress, but after having some new carpets laid on Friday, it was time to move back in.  

The first room to be (just about) finished is Mya's room. Really loving the way it looks.
