The worktop was installed today and looks amazing. So delighted with the finished look. 

Angmering Park Estate

A walk in the bluebells today. Another lovely place to exercise the dog. 

New Sign

Smartening up the front of the house. We have a new porch light and sign. 

Fence Repair

The fence between us and the neighbours was in very poor condition and a panel had blown down completely. 

With his limited tools, John managed to repair the fence this weekend. 

Now the dog can’t escape. 

Veg Patch

A little more happening in the veg patch. I’ve planted carrots, radishes and beetroot, as well as runner beans. I’ve also had to make a little fence round it to try and deter the cats that are enjoying digging it up! 

Hopefully when we move in next week I can keep more of an eye on the pesky blighters. 

Flooring

Purdie Play Date

Purdie has made friends with the neighbours dog, Latte. 

This afternoon they had a great play date. 

Installation of the new Log Burner

Glass Doors have been fitted

After a bit of stress and having to make the entrance bigger, the glass doors to the lounge have now been fitted. 

Loft Hatch

Very exciting…. We have a lift hatch and ladder, more space for storage. 

Bordehill Gardens Haywards Heath

An afternoon outing for all the girls! 

 Including an Easter treasure hunt. 

Sorting the Brickwork

John had to pull up the brickwork by the house this weekend to level it. 

Ready for the shed to be installed in May. 

Train Ride to Emsworth

Mya, Purdie and I had a day trip to Emsworth by train.

So easy catching the train from our local station at Barnham. 

We had a lovely walk around the mill pond…

And then a yummy lunch at Driftwood Cafe. 

We were back home again by 2pm. It was a great day out and planning our next train adventure.
