Coronet Peak - Ski Day

Headed off early, as did the rest of Queenstown, up the mountain. As soon as we hit the mountain road the snow started to fall. We had to stop and put snow chains on.

They had 270mm of snow overnight (400mm at the peak).
We got Mya all kitted our for her day in Kea club.

Then John and I sorted ourselves out for a ski.

A great days’ skiing for all, nothing better than fresh powder!  Left the gear up there for another day tomorrow. Sun is suppose to shine too.
