Mya and a few others gained recognition at assembly this morning for greeting their principal when he arrived. 

The Cast Comes Off

At last, after 6 weeks, John gets the cast off on his left hand. Still some pain and n his wrist but he’s on the mend.

Eggs!

Naughty Dotty and Spotty. We had a feeling they had started laying but not sure where. Today we discovered a mound of eggs hidden in the bushes with Spotty sitting on top feeling very broody. 

36 eggs in total. 

About half appear ok when we did the water test. We’ll double check them when we crack them open.

This afternoon Mya and her classmates learnt about hieroglyphics and wrote their names.
