A Bedroom Milestone!

After 8 months we have finally moved back into our bedroom and what a perfect evening and sunset to enjoy whilst lounging on the bed.

 

Adele! - An Amazing Weekend With the Girls

After checking into the hotel in Auckland, having a few drinks and getting our glad rags on, we headed out, with thousands of others to Mt Smart Stadium to see Adele in concert.

 

 

 

She was completely amazing.  Her singing was out of this world and she had us in stitches with her down to earth chatter, screaming when a beetle was chasing her around the stage! Had us laughing and crying all at once. Best concert I've seen so far, next to Robbie at Knebbworth! 

 

 

 

 

 

We stayed up for an extra night in Auckland and hit the town around the Viaduct, party party!

 

 

 

 

Turnip Pulling

Mya woke early this morning, played in her bedroom.

She lined up her teddies and we were told that they were pulling up a turnip!  The imaginative play of a 4 year old! 

 

She even took a photo of them, that I found on my iPad. 

My Birthday

Thank you everyone for your birthday wishes.

 

It was a perfect sunny day for a delicious lunch out at Nautilus Restaurant, on the water's edge with Mum and Mya. 

 

 

Followed by an amazing cake, sitting on the balcony at home enjoying the last of the sun. Perfect.

Children's Day

There has been a full weekend of activities and entertainment for the kids throughout Rotorua. Mya has been fully entertained.

 

 

 

 

 

I ran our kindergardten banana ice cream stall on the Sunday to raise money and awareness for our Steiner kindergarten.
