John got out in the garden today and chopped down our banana tree that was blocking Mum's evening sunlight. It's also opened up a lovely view across the fields.

We've just had a lovely couple of 'fun packed' days in Auckland.

Mya adapted well to being a cafe / dining out gal!

And James Blunt........completely awesome!! Gets better and better the more we see him, helped all the more by the stunning venue.

On the second day we enjoyed Kelly Talton's Underwater World, then......

The Sky Tower, stunning views even on a cloudy day.

It was a wet Saturday so decided to share with John the pleasures of the Soft Play centre in Rotorua.

Kept us fit as well as wearing Mya out.

Happy Mother's Day

Breakfast out this morning to celebrate the amazing joy of being a Mum. The hardest, but most wonderful and most rewarding job in the world. I love you my little Angel. Xxx

Imogen's Birthday Party

Had a fun morning celebrating Imogen's Birthday at AmazeMe. Mya loved Mr Magregor's garden with and the Peppa cake was a big hit.

Cake Making

Imogen (one of Mya's BFFs) is having her 3rd birthday at the weekend and I've offered to make her Peppa Pig birthday cake.

Really pleased at how it came out. Let's hope it tastes good!

Book Shelf

John wasn't very impressed that Mya loved taking his books off of the shelf and muddling them up, so to solve the problem he built himself a book shelf under the stairs well out of reach from little hands.
